Our living spaces are carefully curated to offer custom design, modern comforts and technological conveniences juxtaposed with historic craftsman charms spanning a century. Our large 900 sq. ft. units include a full living room, dining room, home office/flex space naturally lit from solar tubes*, a full kitchen with brand new smart appliances, newly renovated bathrooms, a private fully functional laundry room with smart front loading washer and dryer, utility sink, and additional storage. Our goal is to provide a symbiotic balance of personal space and community living in the serene shared spaces. *Solar Tubes only available in the upstairs units
